We strove to show the utmost respect toward the content of this story and committed to supporting queer filmmakers throughout the entire process of making this short film. We created an intimate and supportive space where we listened to our majority LGBTQIA+ cast and crew, as well as two trans story consultants, to tell Kirby's story. The acting truly shines in this piece, and our dedication to uplifting queer voices is part of what curated such conditions to allow this to happen.
